We aim to dispatch your ordered goods within at least 24 hours of ordering (excluding weekends). Time of dispatch will be subject to stock availability. There may be occasions when the last remaining stock of a product is purchased and subsequently ordered online before we can update the stock file. If an item is out of stock at point of order all efforts are made to fulfil orders within 14 working days, however additional and unavoidable delays may occur subject to product availability. Prices, offers and products are subject to availability and may change before (but not after) we accept payment for your order. We will try and contact you if a delay is likely to occur.
All goods are sent with our carriers on a next working day service (UK deliveries). Exceptions are delivery to Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland and Channel Islands where delivery may be 2-4 working days. Smaller packages can be sent 1st Class Recorded Delivery with Royal Mail. All deliveries will require a signature, and will be made between usual working hours.
Orders placed for delivery to non UK mainland address' will be subject to a delivery surcharge for which you will be required to pay before your goods are dispatched. If you would like a quote for delivery to a UK mainland address please contact us.
We are not responsible for delays due to extreme weather, acts of angry gods, war or civil unrest.
- Privacy & Security
- We use Worldpay Gateway for our online credit and debit card transactions. Your credit card details
- are not stored on our server. Worldpay use world class security and encryption techniques to make secure payments. dD Drums cannot be held resposible for any security breaches or data loss occuring within the Worldpay system.
- Returns & Replacements
- dD Drums complies with the Distance Selling Act Regulations 2000 . You can cancel your purchase up to 7 days before delivery or 7 days after delivery of your purchased product. You can return the product to us in person or by post. You must include proof of purchase. If the goods have already been dispatched and it is simply a 'change of heart' then the return delivery costs will be bourn by you, the customer. However, if there is a fault, the return delivery costs will be bourn by dD Drums.
- Faulty Items - Wherever possible we will respond to your individual circumstances. Most goods (except consumables like sticks, cymbals and heads) are guaranteed by the makers against faulty materials or workmanship for twelve months. Some products are guaranteed for longer. While it is at the manufacturer's discretion, we will act as their agents to seek a repair or replacement.
- We will always offer you the choice of an exchange or refund if the fault occurs within 14 days of delivery. Please phone us and we will arrange a collection at our cost.
- Ordering
- dD Drums will attempt to be as accurate as possible in listing its products. However, dD Drums does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by dD Drums itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
- Your product must be complete, unused and in 'as new' condition. It should be returned in the original box, packing and any included accessories. DVDs must be returned sealed. Some items such as Earplugs are non-returnable unless clearly damaged. Any 'Free Gifts' received with any product must also be returned. We make no charge if you return the product to our store in person. Payments will be refunded excluding original cost of carriage for which we are not liable. If you choose another method you must bear any postage or courier costs. We will not cancel your purchase if you return your product without proof of purchase or if the goods were a special order to your specification. An appropriate charge may be applied to non-faulty returns.

- The prices payable for the products in this on-line store are clearly set out. If we have under-priced any item(s) in error, we will not be liable to supply that item(s) to you at the stated price. We undertake to notify you of any price discrepancy before dispatching the item(s). Please note that prices on our web site may differ from our in-store prices. All prices shown are in UK Sterling and include VAT at the current UK rate unless otherwise stated, or if another currency has been selected on the web site.
